Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: 05/24/2026
By accepting an estimate, scheduling service, or allowing service to be performed, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Aero Solar Cleaning™ provides professional solar panel and exterior window cleaning services in Northwest Florida using purified, chemical-free water systems. Service details, pricing, and scheduling are based on the estimate or invoice provided for your specific job.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, notify us in writing within 48 hours of your service date and describe the area of concern. We will return and re-clean the specific area at no additional charge. This re-clean is your sole remedy for cleaning-quality concerns, and refunds or other compensation are not provided.
3. Rain and Weather
Rain after service does not materially affect the cleaning results, so rain alone does not qualify for a refund or free re-clean. We may delay, pause, or reschedule service when weather or site conditions make the job unsafe or impractical.
4. Photos and Video
We may take before-and-after photos or video of the work area, including the roof, solar panels, windows, and surrounding exterior areas, for documentation, quality control, training, and dispute resolution. We will not use identifiable images of your property for advertising or marketing unless you separately give written permission.
5. Access and Utilities
You are responsible for providing safe access to the work area, including unlocked gates, secured pets, and clear access around the service location. You must also provide a working outdoor water source with adequate pressure. If access or water is unavailable when we arrive, we may reschedule and charge a $50 trip fee, provided that fee was disclosed in advance.
6. Roof and Property Conditions
Exterior cleaning and roof access involve inherent risks, especially where materials are older, brittle, worn, damaged, or improperly installed. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or by the ordinary performance of services on materials that are already compromised, including cracked panels, loose tiles, faulty mounting hardware, worn seals, or existing leaks.
7. Unsafe Conditions
If we find conditions that could create a risk to your property, our equipment, or our team, we may stop work, postpone service, or decline to continue. Examples include unstable roofing, exposed wiring, loose mounting hardware, storm conditions, or other unsafe site conditions.
8. Damage Claims
If you believe our service caused property damage, you must notify us in writing within 72 hours of service completion and include clear photos or other supporting documentation. Prompt reporting helps preserve evidence and evaluate the claim fairly.
9. Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aero Solar Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of our services, including lost income, loss of use, or similar secondary losses. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
10. Important Legal Limits
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow a limitation, including for conduct that cannot legally be waived or limited.
11. Payment
Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing. Payment is due upon completion of service or upon receipt of invoice, as stated on your estimate or invoice. Late balances may incur a finance charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum amount allowed by law.
12. Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or appointments where we cannot access the property at arrival, may be subject to a $50 cancellation or trip fee, if disclosed in advance.
13. Disputes and Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our services will be resolved by binding arbitration in Santa Rosa County, Florida, except to the extent either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court. Each party waives the right to a jury trial, and claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
